Impact resistant yet lightweight for easy handling. Stain resistant, hygienic surfaces - dishwasher safe. Good heat retention capabilities for chilled or warm food displays (Max. 212oF/100oC). 

Sierra Metal Tier is "back of the house" tough with excellent balance & stability. Provides easy access to food with small footprint to save table space. Special high grade powder-coat finish is environmentally friendly, FDA approved food safe & dishwasher safe.
